个人简介

黄平教授2010年获哈尔滨工程大学管理学和经济学双学士学位,2015年获哈尔滨工程大学(荷兰乌特勒支大学联合培养)管理学博士学位。曾在英国伦敦大学学院巴特莱特建筑学院和美国塔夫茨大学弗莱彻法律与外交学院从事博士后研究,在英国谢菲尔德大学城市研究所任副研究员。2022-2024年在香港中文大学(深圳)国际事务研究院历任副研究员、研究副教授。2025年加入公共政策学院担任副教授、公共政策硕士项目主任,同时担任前海国际事务研究院副院长(拓展)、高级公共管理研修项目中心执行主任。黄平教授担任Springer期刊Asian Review of Political Economy副主编,Sage期刊Transactions in Energy and Sustainability副主编;担任中国技术经济学会技术管理专委会理事,中国自然资源学会能源资源专委会委员;担任深圳市科技成果转化促进会专家库成员,深圳市龙岗区科技创新局顾问;兼任香港大学地理系荣誉教授,英国谢菲尔德大学城市研究所客座研究员。

主要研究方向是创新研究、经济地理、城市治理、能源转型。共发表期刊论文48篇(第一/通讯作者34篇),其中SSCI/SCI期刊论文28篇(JCR Q1期刊论文27篇)、CSSCI期刊论文14篇(国家自然科学基金委认定的A/B类期刊论文8篇);在LSE Press出版英文专著1部、在《科学出版社》出版中文专著1部(获国家科学技术学术著作出版基金资助)。

主持The British AcademyWorld Resources Institute资助研究项目各1项,作为子课题负责人/高级顾问参与Horizon 2020 - European Commission资助项目1项、European Research Council资助研究项目2项、The Ford Foundation资助研究项目1项和Breakthrough Energy资助研究项目1项。另外,黄平教授作为主要成员参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家科学技术部、国家知识产权局等资助的国家级和省部级科研项目。同时,他统筹和管理多项深圳市南山区等地方政府和腾讯等龙头企业资助的重大横向课题。

荣获2021年欧盟能源社会科学与人类学创新论坛(Energy-SHIFT)“青年学者能源创新提名奖”;受邀参与撰写联合国人居署《2024世界城市状况报告》等多份国际组织报告;在科技与产业创新、城市与区域发展、环境与气候治理等领域主笔撰写的多篇内参报告获得中央领导批示以及被省部级以上单位采纳。
